I'm David O. Little and I live in Houston, Texas. I've been a Star Wars fan since standing in line at the Alabama Theater. I've been a science fiction fan long before that, watching classics like Star Trek, Doctor Who, Space: 1999, and Ultraman. Like pretty much all kids my age, I got the toys, posters, magazines, records, books, etc., but I will admit even back then I was a big geek.
Around the early 80's, I attended a comic book convention, looking to get rid of my "Ghost Rider" and "Nova" collection, I ran into Steve Jackson demoing a game called Car Wars and I was instantly hooked. I then got into playing Dungeons and Dragons off and on with my friends and even did a little miniatures painting. In 1987, coicidently at the same theater I saw Star Wars now converted into a bookstore, I purchased the Star Wars Roleplaying Game from West End Games. I went back almost monthly to pick up any new books published or the new minis boxed sets being produced.
